Username & Password Check!

Is your username or your password not known?
Please check the following 2 steps. If you're still having problems, try resetting your password. 

 

STEP 1: EMAIL ADDRESS CHECK

  1. Make sure you are using the email address you registered with.
    (if you have more than one access to our shop)
  2. You have the right e-mail address, then please make sure that you don’t have any typos, such as a missing letter, one letter too much, dot missing, etc..

STEP 2: PASSWORD CHECK

  1. Make sure you have the right password.
  2. Make sure you have no typos in your password.
    Watch out! You only have 7 trials. Afterwards, your account will be locked.
     


 

Have you forgotten your password?

  1. Please click the link below to get to the login page of our webshop:

  2. Now click on "Request password" in the login field:


     
  3. A window called "Reset password" will now open.
  4. Please enter the email address you usually use to log in the webshop

  5. You will promptly receive an email with further information.

Your user account is blocked?

Your user account will be automatically locked after 7 failed attempts.
If your user account is locked, please contact our webshop at shop@magura.de.  Don't forget to give us your client number. We will get in touch as soon as possible.
